Can't get pedal to work

So I bought a Crazy Tube Circuits Hi power, I've isolated every cord and that's not the issue, it plays fine when connected but as soon as I click either the Amp modeler side or overdrive side it cuts out and nothing comes through. I also took it to my local guitar shop it worked fine with the same power supply for them on an Amp, yes different cables but my cables seem to work fine, I even bought a new one there just incase but nothing. Any ideas?
