I play guitar and the occasional bass but I am basically 50+ and my musical taste was shaped back when I was in my late teens and early twenties. So I am basically looking for a bunch of people...

- who are around my age (52)
- who like metal and classic hard rock
- who have a free practice space with drums and a PA
- who live around the Gouda, Netherland area
- who just want to have fun playing together
- who occasionally wanna play somewhere live

...so it looks like I'll be looking for a long time

You never know when or how bandmates will show up, Richard. My current band Paraquat formed in 2006 with two coworkers when I was 50 years old. Two years later I formed another band called Blue Hawg with two other coworkers and Paraquat’s bass player. I was 52 and the two new guys were 27 and 25!

So there is hope for me yet
