Sometimes the Spark just absolutely refuses to produce any sound. Switching off and on does not help.
What's a good way to fix this without losing the tones potentially stored in the four presets?

There are five red lights between the Spark 40 logo and the earphone mini-jack. The right four of these allow you to select one of four stored tones. When you have selected a sound you like in the app (and the app is connected), you can keep one of those 4 tone lights pressed for a few seconds to do...

I have noticed that Bluetooth signals made by phones and tablets seem not to be very strong. It is best to put the connected device next to the Spark if you want to prevent sound of dropping off intermittently.

Things you need: 1) Switch on the Spark 2) Connect your guitar like you would otherwise do (this can be done using wireless or cable) 3) Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your external device, and that nothing is connected to the Spark's AUX connector at the rear 4) Go the the Bluetooth settings 4) ...
